Encouraging words and positive feedback are not only proven to work for younger children, but I too find these words to be encouraging along my path toward teaching. Throughout my experience of becoming a future educator, I have been taking feedback and reflecting as I move forward. I want to ensure my learning never stops and I will continue to grow throughout my entire time as an educator. We are living in a rapidly changing world; it is crucial to continue to learn, adapt and grow.
